Welcome to Advantage (“the Agency,” “Mentor”, “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of individuals and small businesses (“you” or “clients”) who visit our website at https://webadvantage1.org/ or otherwise interact with our services.
By using our website or engaging with our agency, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

How We Use Personal Information
We do not use cookies, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel), or automated tracking technologies.
We would only use cookies and analytics (externally, third-party) to market your businesses’ intended targeted market or demographics to YOU (such as attaining lead generation for your behalf.). But we never track, record, or use cookies and analytics against you or your business.
We use your information only for legitimate professional purposes, including:
- Providing consulting and marketing services to support your business.
- Communicating with you regarding services, consultations, and ongoing projects.
- Maintaining business records for compliance purposes.
We do not use client data for newsletters, promotional emails, or advertising campaigns directed at you personally.
Clarification: we did mention in the previous section, that we collect your “financial information”. Here’s what we mean by that:
- When we consult with you and your business, you will be provided a mandatory contract that must be signed before we can officially work with you. It includes a revenue partnership where we make whatever you make, taking a percentage of your revenue without an overcharge (ever).
- We use the trusted third-party platform, Stripe, to send you an invoice when you owe us the periodic payment we require from you. (In accordance with the contract you agree with.). Stripe may collect your financial information based on what you put on the invoice WE send via using Stripe’s invoice system. So, it’s not really “us” that is collecting your information, and we will never store your personal banking information on our systems or data. The financial information you put into our sent invoices to you are only processed so we can retrieve what you owe to us. You can see Stripe’s Privacy Policy here –> Privacy Policy (Stripe).
- We, (“Advantage”), have no direct contact with Stripe nor do we directly work with their corporation. We simply use Stripe to process payments from your business.
- Stripe is how we process your transaction, as it is how we receive our periodic payments from your business revenue.
- We will also elaborate this on the contract we send you (if we both come to an agreement).
- Advantage will never illicitly store or collect your financial information for fraudulent, incriminating or deceptive purposes without your knowledge.
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with external third parties for marketing (or telemarketers either), or any other unrelated purpose.
Your data may only be shared or accessed through third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Wix, Facebook Business) as part of our work with your business—and only to the extent necessary to perform our services.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
Client information is strictly stored securely and is accessible only to the agency operator (your mentor) on Advantage’s private, highly confidential database. External Client Data (such as general information about your business) may be stored or accessed through secure, reputable third-party platforms (such as Shopify, Wix, and Facebook Business). These third-party platforms are when we primarily work directly with your business depending on which one of these platforms you operate your business on (or whatever alternative platform your business operates on).
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as you remain a client or until you withdraw from working with us. If we terminate a client relationship, data associated with that client may be deleted or securely archived as necessary for legal compliance or legitimate business recordkeeping. Otherwise, if you decide to terminate our professional partnership,
we’ll simply just delete all the data and information that was stored or provided from you completely off our databases.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from someone under 15, we will delete it promptly. Those under the age of 18 who run their own smaller businesses will be provided an alternative contract that must be signed by a parent/guardian via electronic signature before we can start working with the client after an agreement has been reached. This is non-negotiable due to the legality and necessity for official permission.
